Returns window

If an item arrives damaged or is not the model you confirmed on WhatsApp, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging where possible. Unused items in resaleable condition may be accepted for exchange or refund at our discretion after inspection.

Warranty

Manufacturing defects on frames and sticks are assessed case by case. Wear parts such as rubber tips are consumables and are expected to wear with use. We stock replacements.
